So far, we have 75 authorised patents, covering peristaltic pump flow correction, microfluidic control algorithms and other areas. For example, the ‘network-based speed control peristaltic pump system’ patent, real-time remote monitoring and flow dynamic adjustment. We have built joint laboratories with universities and research institutions, introducing CFD simulation, nanomaterials and other cutting-edge technologies to accelerate product iteration.
Advanced Manufacturing and Quality System
Our ISO9001-certified manufacturing base is equipped with high-precision processing equipment and testing instruments. For example, the stator windings of brushless motors are wound by fully automatic winding machines to ensure consistency, and the pump and valve components are verified by 100,000 cycles of life on pressure test benches. Our products have passed CE and ROHS certificates and are exported to more than 30 countries such as Europe, America and Japan.

For example, the miniature piezoelectric air pump developed for a water quality monitoring project is 40% smaller in size and 50% lower in power consumption.
